Kevin helps individuals and groups focus on what’s required to create the environment for both themselves and their teams to be at their best more often as effective leaders, to grow and to flourish.  He uses Future Engage Deliver as the framework for such conversations to bring people into open, honest and effective dialogue and to encourage personal reflections which otherwise are often missing.  He explores issues such as trust, energy, what people truly care about, engagement, relationships and who they are BEING (rather than what they are doing) as a leader.  Kevin has senior leadership experience with one of the world’s largest Energy companies and led, coached and headed up varying sized teams and cultural transformation programs in both the UK and across North West Europe.
