Kevin Stone held senior leadership and director level roles in some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations before leaving in 2015 to become a full-time leadership coach and QHS consultant. As part of the SRA team he uses FED and his 30 years’ experience to help individuals, teams and organisations grow their leadership capability and be at their best more of the time.  Kevin is passionate about creating the environment for organisations and people to truly flourish – focussing on great and effective leadership as an enabler for real dialogue, building great relationships and achieving excellence in business results. Kevin has significant experience in leading innovative and creative culture change programs to win hearts and minds and in placing FED as the heartbeat of such programs.  At home Kevin is a keen table tennis player and licensed table tennis coach and also enjoys all water sports, scuba diving, snorkelling and marine life. Kevin cites a thriving coral reef as the perfect example of an environment at its best – with all parts working together in harmony, something many organisations often struggle to achieve!
