Anthony Landale is the Editor of 'Future, Engage, Deliver' and 'Leadership Plain and Simple' and as well as being an experienced business writer has over 20 years experience as a coach, facilitator and leadership consultant. He is a core member of the SRA team. As a leadership consultant my focus is on helping leaders to raise their game, release their energy and deliver faster and/or better performance. This always means helping them to get clear on what matters to them, what impact they want to make and what reputation they want to build. And with my clients’ teams I then help to harness and align team energy and commitment to deliver breakthrough projects and goals. This consulting is based on what is proven to make a big difference. For individuals it helps them to show up much more powerfully. For teams it can mean transforming the culture. For organisations the intent is to deliver faster and smarter and with a greater sense of purpose. I think I've got the best job in the world. I help people to see how they can get the best out of themselves and their people. I work with some clients on short term projects but with other clients I have relationships that evolve over years. And in those assignments I act variously as coach, mentor, partner as well as someone who can interrupt unhelpful norms. Meanwhile at home I have a brilliant team behind me. My wife Margaret and my two teenage daughters make sure I keep my feet firmly on the ground and constantly remind me to bring my best to my home life too. And on top of this I live in the Oxfordshire countryside on the River Evenlode which I believe is one of the most beautiful places in the country.
