Steve is based in both the UK and The Netherlands and has worked with leaders in more than 20 countries in the last 20 years. He is passionate about FED and creating lasting improvement in the quality of leaders, teams, projects and organisations. He worked eleven years for Unilever in his first career so he understands how big organizations work. He loves  coaching leaders of all ages and at all levels of an organization. He is also passionate about awakening men to more meaningful and purposeful lives and his Ted Talks have been seen more than 250,000 times.
