John uses the Future Engage Deliver approach to help leaders clarify how what they want for their future aligns with organisational aims. From here he supports them in how they engage others in that future to deliver impactful results. 

Over the past 17 years John has led projects in organisations such as Bovis Lendlease, Land Securities, Wood, Gucci Group, The Scottish Police, WPP and Natural Resources Wales. And his work has included:

• Coaching a senior team to turn a failing business around in the engineering sector. 
• Helping an individual leader secure the most senior role in a major public sector organisation. 
• Coaching a senior leader through a successful acquisition including how to lead cultural integration.

John has 14 years experience working in leadership roles within the Unilever Group and has a Masters in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School.
