A brief chat with a young lad really got me thinking the other day. He’s close to breaking into the music world and was talking about the different types of people he was meeting. He was telling me that his best moments are when he can say ‘they really get me’ – I took him to mean ‘they understand me, they know where I’m coming from, they know what I’m up to’.

It’s a very interesting lens and has got me thinking about who gets me!

Who in your life really gets you and what you’re about? Who at work is on the list and who’s not? Who would you like on there and what can you do about it? Mmmm!
