The two books available now

We had a great article about us in The Times, last Friday. It does a good job of summarising where we’ve got to. In a nutshell,

– the book, Future – Engage – Deliver is no longer available and has morphed into two books.
– Leadership Plain and Simple is published this week by the Financial Times and is available below and from all good real and online bookstores. The book is the FED book but angled towards the business reader, peppered with inspirational quotes and with a new chapter on FED and Teams.
– How to make a Bigger Difference is a slimmer version for those in the not-for-profit sector ie education, health, charities and government. It too is published this week and is available for only £5. We’ve created this low price version as part of our ambition to make a bigger difference.

So the encouragement this week is to introduce more people to FED. First, you will grow faster if you have people around you who are growing themselves as leaders and have a common language with you about leadership. So think about people in your team, if you have one, your peers, your boss, people in your Support Team and consider getting them a book or pointing them to this site so you can all grow together. If you believe the leadership throughout your organisation could be better, send a book to your chief exec. Be bold!
Second, if you know a teacher, doctor, nurse, charity worker etc, you might also introduce them to FED and help them make a bigger difference.
