Being up to something is good for your health – so says Eric Kim who has led some research into how having a strong sense of direction, of being up to something, increases the quality of life and may improve physical health.
One of the key messages of Future Engage Deliver is that of ‘being up to something’ and even more being up to something ‘together’ with other people. So when I spotted this interesting piece of research into how having a sense of purpose and direction is good for your health it further encouraged me to talk with my team about our shared sense of purpose and to ask ourselves the questions: Why are we here?  What is the future that we are excited about building together?’
