Sue’s career spans 22 years and covers a diversity of business roles. Originally in IT, she has built a portfolio of expertise including: change management, strategic business development and leadership development. She helps organisations achieve their outcomes by developing clear strategic direction, engaging leadership, well managed change and effective teamwork. She also specialises in building collaborative relationships between organisations in outsourcing or strategic partnerships. An example of the work Sue specialises in is her recent contract for Boots IT. Her role involved two key streams of activity: facilitating the executive team through strategic change and developing the relationship with three outsourced service providers. This work has grown to support Boots IT in building effective external relationships with their delivery partners, from procurement and contracting through to operational delivery. Sue has also worked with: ICI, United Utilities, Welsh Water, B&Q, A4e, Barclaycard, Dudley Group of Hospitals, Caterpillar UK, FMG Support, Boots, IBM, Cable & Wireless and Rolls-Royce.
