Mario Huibers is an experienced leadership consultant, coach, facilitator and creativity expert. My personal mission is to support individuals and organisations in their development and growth. I love to explore new and unconventional ways of working and am really passionate about and a true believer in the power of metaphors and images. Helping people unleashing their potential gives me an enormous amount of energy. I started my career as a consultant and then pursued a career in HR. The highlight of my HR career was my dream job as HR manager in the best ice-cream factory in the world, the Ben & Jerry’s factory in Hellendoorn based in The Netherlands. When I got the job I felt like Charlie who found the last Golden Ticket giving access to Willy Wonka’s Chocolate factory. In 2008 I moved back to consultancy and coaching, which enables me to work for different companies and leaders. I live in The Netherlands with Claudia and love cooking, playing the Flamenco Guitar, our Belgium Shepperd dog Duvel and Dutch cat Jansen and travelling with our old timer Campervan which I personally restored. As a fond cyclist and mountain fan the campervan comes in handy as you need to drive south to find hills and mountains, living in the mainly flat Netherlands.
